Located 15 minutes southeast of Indianapolis, Indiana Downs features a 1-mile main course and a 7-furlong turf course. The track hosts two meets, a Thoroughbred meet from April to June and a Harness meet from July to November.

A major pari-mutuel horseracing track, Indiana Downs, opened for its Preview Meet in December 2002, bringing the thrill of live racing to area residents.
