  2. The “TVG Progressive Jackpot Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 11:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/22/07 and ends at 11:59:00 PM (ET) on 9/5/07 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

  3. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the following United States:  California, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming, age 21 or older at time of entry.
