The Money Back Special – Breeders' Cup (“Promotion”) is only open to invited TVG account holders in TVG Participating States, age 21+, and 4NJBets account holders who are residents of NJ, age 18+. To qualify for a bonus, eligible individuals must opt-in to the Promotion and on 11/5/21 and/or 11/6/21 (each a “Promotion Day”), place a win, win/place, win/show or win/place/show wager (“Eligible Wager”) on any race held at Del Mar (each, an “Eligible Race”).
