The First Single-Horse Win Wager (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by ODS Technologies, L.P., d/b/a TVG Network (“TVG”), located at 6701 Center Drive West, Suite 1000, Los Angeles, CA 90045 and 4NJBets powered by TVG Network, located at 2373 NW 185th Ave, Suite #720, Hillsboro, OR 97124 (collectively, the “Sponsor” or the “Promotion Entities”). The terms “you” or “your” mean the person who participates in this Promotion. 4. Promotion Bonus Payout Determination: Open a new 4NJBets Account using the Promo Code and make one Eligible Wager within fifteen (15) days of signing up for your 4NJBets Account, if your Eligible Wager loses, you will receive a bonus equal to the amount wagered in your Eligible Wager, up to a maximum of One Hundred Dollars ($100) (the “Promotion Bonus”). If your Eligible Wager wins, you will not receive any Promotion Bonus. The Promotion Bonus may only be used for wagering on your 4NJBets Account and may not otherwise be withdrawn from your 4NJBets account. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
7. Dispute Resolution: You agree that any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise relating in any way to or arising out of the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the “Binding arbitration and class action waiver” Section of the TVG Terms & Conditions (www.tvg.com/info/termsandconditions).
